Joint-straps and fixing clips are fabricated from robust extruded 6063 T6 alloy grade aluminium. This extruded aluminium support has a series of grooves into which the double EPDM gaskets are fitted. The EDPM gasket acts as both the weather protector, allowing water to drain off away from the wall stopping any moisture from penetrating to the brickwork, and as an anti-rattle device to baffle noise.
Every project is different and although the coping design concept remains the same, all copings and secret fix supports are manufactured to suit each specific design requirements.
To enable design and fabrications to run smoothly, all technical drawings and purchase data documents can be provided via e-mail reducing the overall fabrication time. Fabricated units including stop-ends, corner units, junction tee-sections and wall abutments shall be welded and dressed smooth in a visible area if required.
