Heat loss during the heating period can be effectively reduced with the Roto E-Tec MTS magnetic thermostat control concealed in the window rebate. As soon as the window is opened, the element integrated in the hardware ensures together with the controllable thermostat sensor provided by the customer that the heating output is automatically reduced or the air conditioner is switched off.
After the window is closed, the restored magnetic contact signals that the heating can switch into the normal temperature again. And that automatically reduces heating costs!
The radio solution
Where the use of a wire-bound window contact is not possible, it is advisable to use our radio-controlled MVS radio solution. This contact element is only screwed into the window frame and forms a reliable unit together with the MTS radio receiver. Up to 16 windows can be controlled in this way.
The radio receiver can in turn easily be mounted in a flush-mounted box or on a suspended intermediate ceiling, however is not suitable for alarm systems and extractor fans.
