The production Individual Creation of floor coverings, is composed of fillers (glass balls or mineral) and solvent-free polyuréthane binders, is treated anti-uv. Its technicality allows to resist the frost as well as to support temperatures of 90 ° C. Finally, its acoustic absorption and its insensitivity in the static electricity makes it a very comfortable flooring.

IMPLEMENTATION OF FLOORS INDIVIDUAL CREATION®

1) Floor preparation

̶ The finition slab must be dry, devoid of roughness and carefully dusted with a vacuum.

2) Preparation and application of primary (undercoat
̶ Mechanically mix the resin and hardener specific primary (2 / 3 resin, 1 / 3 hardener).

Warning: the mixed product must be used within 15 minutes,

̶ To use, pour it on the floor and spread generously with a spatula or a short nap roller.
̶ Wait 24 hours before the implementation of the coating.

3) Preparation of coating

̶ Mix the filler (glass beads or mineral) with the corresponding resin.

Note : This mixture must be uniform.

Apply the mixture using a spatula stainless steel or rigid plastic,
The layer should be uniform and of constant thickness,
Do not walk on it before 2 to 3 days (drying *)

Note : The hardening reaches maximum after 24 days.

4) Finish coating :

After 3 days (drying *), spread with a spatula resin finishing to obtain a smooth surface (mirror).

̶ Do not use the premises before 72 hours.
