The plastic 'cord' is applied manually in the mould
with artistic gestures, as if extruded from a tube
of tempera paint, giving form to a lightweight and
durable monocoque chair, semi-transparent like an
artificial shrub. Alice is the fruit of the working
method of artist Jacopo Foggini, who chose
fluorescent colors for this particular creation:
lemon yellow, bright greens, petroleum blue and
fuchsia pink. It contains a 5-meter strip of LED
lights, embedded within the shell, which allows it to
be illuminated even outdoors.
